How we can work together
Every plan is built on evidence-based guidance, realistic goals, and personalized support. Start wherever feels right.
Whether you're managing a condition or simply want to feel your best, these are the places we can work together — with encouragement, not restriction.

My goal is to meet you where you are and help you develop a healthier lifestyle that works for your unique needs and circumstances. Small, intentional changes can lead to incredible transformation over time.

Meet your dietitian
I'm a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, wife, mom, dog lover, and follower of Christ. My faith plays an important role in my life and influences the compassion, grace, and encouragement I strive to bring to everyone I work with.
I earned my Bachelor's degree in Nutrition Science and later completed my Master's degree at Appalachian State University. For the past two years, I've had the privilege of helping individuals make meaningful, sustainable changes to improve their health and quality of life.
My areas of focus include chronic disease management, healthy eating, weight management, gut health, and building practical habits that support long-term wellness. I believe nutrition should be personalized, realistic, and empowering, not restrictive or overwhelming. My goal is to meet you where you are and help you develop a healthier lifestyle that works for your unique needs and circumstances.
Outside of work, I'm also passionate about fashion, vintage shopping and antiquing, home design, and restoring old furniture. There's something special about taking a well-loved piece and giving it new life, and I think the same can be said for our health. Small, intentional changes can lead to incredible transformation over time.
Whether you're looking to manage a chronic condition, improve your relationship with food, reach your weight goals, or simply feel your best, I'm here to provide evidence-based guidance, encouragement, and support every step of the way.
