These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and Nourish Me, operated by Ashley Art (“we,” “us,” or “our”), concerning your access to and use of www.nourishme.art and related content (collectively, the “Site”).

By accessing or using the Site, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

We may update these Terms from time to time by revising the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms. Please review this page periodically.

1. Who may use the Site

The Site is intended for adults seeking general information about nutrition education and related services. If you are a minor where you live, you may use the Site only with permission and supervision of a parent or guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf.

2. Educational content — not medical advice

Content on the Site, including articles, recipes, lifestyle ideas, and descriptions of nutrition approaches, is for general educational and informational purposes only. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it does not replace care from a licensed physician or other qualified healthcare professional.

Always seek the advice of your physician or another qualified health provider with any questions you may have about a medical condition, diet, or treatment. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you read on the Site.

Using the Site, following social content, or sending a message through the contact form or email does not create a client–practitioner, counseling, or treatment relationship. Personalized nutrition counseling begins only if and when Ashley and you expressly agree to work together under separate arrangements.

3. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise noted, the Site and its content — including text, graphics, photographs, illustrations, logos, and design — are owned or licensed by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view and print materials for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or exploit Site content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site in any way that violates applicable law or regulation
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, related systems, or data
• Interfere with or disrupt the Site, including by introducing malware or overloading servers

• Impersonate Ashley Art, Nourish Me, or any other person or entity

5. Contact form and communications

The Site may offer a contact form and publish an email address so you can reach out with questions. Information you submit is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. Please do not submit sensitive health information unless it is necessary for your enquiry and you are comfortable sharing it.

Submitting a form or email does not guarantee a response, appointment, or counseling relationship. We may decline or discontinue correspondence that is abusive, spam, or outside the scope of services.

6. Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party websites or services, such as Instagram or LinkedIn. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Accessing them is at your own risk.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

Our total liability for any claim related to the Site will not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, to access the Site in the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred U.S. dollars if you paid nothing.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations. In those places, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Nourish Me and Ashley Art from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Site or your violation of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.

10. Termination

We may suspend or stop providing access to the Site, or refuse further contact, if we believe you have violated these Terms or that continued access would harm us, you, or others. Provisions that by their nature should survive (including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitations of liability) will survive.

11. General

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Accessibility Statement, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a reorganization or transfer of the Site.

These Terms do not assert a specific governing law or venue. If a dispute arises, the parties will attempt to resolve it in good faith before pursuing other remedies available under applicable law.
